What data and why
- Name, phone, messenger, car details (make, model, year, engine, price, VIN if you provide it), comment and attached document photos — to answer your request, prepare a calculation and handle your case (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Marketing consent — news and offers (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), until withdrawn.
- Technical data and cookies — as described in the Cookie Policy.
Documents
Attached photos and scans reach us via Telegram and are used only to calculate and handle your case. We delete them on request or when the case is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Recipients
- Authorities and partners needed for your case: customs, the tax office, the registration office, the inspection station, the insurer, a sworn translator — only as far as necessary.
- IT providers: Netlify (hosting), Telegram (notifications), Google (ads and statistics — only after cookie consent).
Retention
Request data — up to 12 months after the last contact; after a contract — for the period required by law.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (Netlify, Google, Telegram) may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the President of UODO.
